This place was a total disappointment, not 5 star worthy at all. We stayed for a few nights because we had to attend a wedding here. The price we paid per night was enough for a nice private Villa. So I would not have stayed here if it wasn’t for attending a wedding. The quality of the room was atrocious. Words cannot describe how disappointed I was when I stepped into the room. The walls had cracks and the paint job was so bad that even I can do better. The chairs and couch were so dirty and old that you wouldn’t even pick it up for free if it was left on the road side. The tiles on the floor were also dirty and old, I would not step in there without shoes on. The smell was so bad that I didn’t even wanna stay in the room during the day, I only went back to the room at night time when I had to sleep. The mood of the room was so depressing. No soundproofing whatsoever. I would not come back here even if I was paid to. The only slightly good thing about it, is its proximity to the beach. It’s right by the beach, but the beach was filled with boats and you can only swim in a small cordoned off area.

Hotel breakfast is unexpectedly good! I would recommend Egg Benedict! The lobby looks a bit old but inside the garden, poolside and restaurant are still nice. Traffic jam is crazy in Bali, the location is a bit far from the tourist attraction. It’s better to spend all day chilling inside the resort rather than sightseeing :)

Что сказать, отель и персонал разочаровали .. по прибытии на ресепшн попросили дать хороший номер , так как забронировали на одну ночь (причем не самый дешёвый номер ,а Сигнатурный ) и если отель и номер понравится,то продлим ещё на время отдыха. Персонал на ресепшн очень вежливо улыбался , сказал , что предоставит номер посередине отеля ,так как ближе к морю номера заняты . Мы согласились,получили ключи и пошли заселяться. По факту - номер оказался предпоследним с конца , вид на проезжую дорогу , звук и гул машин не давал уснуть всю ночь .. с ужасом вспоминаю эту ночь и ни за что не хочу снова оказаться в этом отеле. В ванной пахло канализацией , унитаз постоянно подтекал, шум воды не прекращался . Наутро разбитые и не выспавшиеся мы позавтракали и скорее покинули этот отель. Кстати завтрак в отеле по меню ,не шведский стол .можно выбрать либо яйца ,либо кашу ,нельзя совместить(( тарелка фруктов ,где все по одной дольке ,круассан,сок на выбор и кофе . Очень скромно для 5 звёзд.. кстати, моря там нет , отлив жуткий + грязно + слишком много лодок вокруг на побережье,которые все равно не дадут вам искупаться, и рядом с отелем стройка ! Не рекомендую данный отель ,очень много минусов .. а плюсов, к большому сожалению,не оказалось(

Nice boutique hotel, staff very friendly and nice. Just the beach is not very clean and the low tide in the morning make impossible to swim in the sea
